It was okay. I've never done an order pick up and there were no instructions on where to actually pick up the food. Thankfully there was a staff member who I could ask and then my food was not in the pick up spot even though I was told my food was ready. I won't be doing that again. I'll just dine in as I normally do.

I hesitate to post subpar reviews when all service industries are struggling to find employees. But this Panera could up its game. Maybe the cashier was having a bad day but she was quite short tempered as we were unfamiliar with the menu and ordering lunch to go.Service was prompt but the 2 chips were missing so I returned inside. There was no apology or offer of a free treat as printed on our receipt. In general, we like Panera but regretful we can't recommend this one.

I'm not usually one to write review, but this was absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT go to this panera. This is the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. I placed a rapid pick up curbside order an hour ahead which is only supposed to take 5 minutes, and ended up having to wait outside for 40 minutes! I was told that my order was ready and someone would bring the order to my car, and nobody did. I called multiple times and got no response, so I decided to go inside after already waiting 40 minutes for a 5 minute pickup. My order was sitting on the counter, and my food is cold and drink watered down. After all of this, they also FORGOT ITEMS. This is absolutely unacceptable, and made me very late for work. If you are considering visiting this panera, save yourself the grief. I have never had worse customer service in my life, and will absolutely NOT be returning to this location.

Panera Bread without bread. I hate how they don’t update online the items they dont have. Today Ordered the turkey sandwich no Mayo I specifically opted it again. Guess what I got a sandwich drenched in Mayo. To top it off no baguette. The sandwich prep must be illiterate. Must be some type of human reject because who doesn’t read no Mayo written twice. That idiot. Another poorly managed place that will not last with all the competition. What a failure. If would had ate the sandwich I would be dead! I’m sure fast food work is the only place that hires ppl so dumb.
