Very good people and for a good cause! When I first walked in everything was clean and in order. I waited for a short time before getting checked in. The process was quick and easy and all those I interacted with were helpful and friendly. I quickly was seated and the staff started the draw very good overall experience. Aftercare was top notch and I felt no I'll effects or symptoms.

Will not return. Gave blood several times then one day, I got a letter in the mail telling me I have hepatitis. When I called they said it was a false-positive. They were extremely rude when I was upset that the letter didn't state that it was a false-positive. The letter stated "You have tested positive for hepatitis." Went to the doctor to get a hepatitis panel done. I do not have any form of hepatitis. CBC now has me on a 'lifetime deferral' list, stating I can never donate blood because of my hepatitis.... I'll just wait for Red Cross Blood Drives

I've donated here for multiple years and every time is a great experience. The staff are always very professional and make it easy to donate. They really do care about the experience and welfare of people who donate here. The facilities are well maintained as well. An excellent place for those looking to donate to help out with the need for blood, plasma or platelets.

Depends on if you're giving whole blood or not. Info here: https://savealifenow.org/donate-blood/donation-process/
Local supply. Contact you local office for additional information or SaveaLife.org
Walk-ins are accepted for whole blood. I'm not sure how busy they are on other days but Sunday mornings there is usually no wait.
No, but you get cookies and a drink when you are done. You do earn points that can be used towards a catalog of items and gift cards, but it's not a lucrative career choice.
I'm not certain, as it has been many years since I got started, but checkin takes about 15 minutes each time I go in. They do not pay, but you do earn points that can be used to get merchandise from their catalog.
Community blood center does not offer payment for donations. You'll want to look at donating plasma in order to get money for it. Sorry.
