Great food, charming service at an awesome price!!! My wife and I ate here for the first time today 05-17-22. There is a small alley at the back side of the restaurant that's big enough for 2 semi tractor trailers. I'm so glad my wife and I came here to eat lunch.. really a great place to visit when you're hungry and looking for some good vittles.

We enjoyed our brisket platters immensely. The meat is perfectly done and tasty without sauce. Hot and mild sauce was on the table. We both went with the hot sauce and thought it complimented the brisket well. Our sides (beans, macaroni, and broccoli with cheese) were just meh. They were out of pecan pie. We’re headed East on I-70 and thought was a perfect lunch stop. Clean, fast, and tasty.

Good prices and portions.the mac and cheese was a miss. But enjoyed the Brisket and Pork platter. Our waitress was pleasant but charged us for extras we didn't ask for and it was hard to get drink refills. But otherwise a good choice for a quick bite of BBQ.

We stopped in for dinner about 30 minutes before they closed. They were expecting someone to be picking up a called in to go order and thought I was that person. I said it wasn’t me, but I wanted to place an order. I ordered a full rack of ribs, French fries and beans. Deb was still out in the van when I ordered. Deb came in and sat with me as the server brought us our food boxed to go, a little confusion when I ordered at the counter, not sitting at a table. She brought us some plates and we ate inside, but we still took about 2/3s of the meal to go with us. All the food in the photos was one order of ribs! It came in three boxes! The service was great, and the food was great too! The fries and beans were good, but the ribs were the star of the meal! They were cooked just right, great taste, very meaty and just the right amount of fat to make them some of the best ribs I have eaten. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area!
