Becareful you don't get what you pay for at this place. Every single butcher or attendant rips you off. I understand small businesses are taking a big hit but this place just lost a customer. For future customers pay attention when they weigh and the meat you choose, what you ask for. They are very quick and change the meat you choose. This was a go to place for fresh meat but not anymore. Long story short I bought Beef ribs for a stew picked 4 nice ribs about 2 inches thick each one had 3 bones picked the right marble on the meat, butcher weights the meat and kindly asked if he cuts bone for bone I agreed why not. I get home unpack and find out the bones and meat look old and I only have 9 slices since each rib piece has 3 bones, isn't supposed to be 12? Money isn't an issue the problem is I was ripped off I didn't get what I asked for or what I payed for since he weight and printed the price before cutting.

Unsatisfied customer!!! I asked for 20 thick short ribs and got home with 16 ribs. Paid a total for the meat ONLY $46.17. Most of ribs were thin. Also, the employee had bags of meat lined up to weigh them. I took about 5 steps to grab a bag of chip since my bag of meat was not next to be weighed and return with the sticker price on the bag. 🤔 It was a bit fishy because the other bags that were in front were weighed after. Then the cashier doubled charged me for an item when she had checked the display 3 times. "Surprised" she didn't catch that! 🤔 I received a refund, however, someone is not having short ribs tonight. I called 3 times and No one answered. I was not able to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I wished I lived near by but I don't...never going again to that carnicería! Customers please check what you buy and check your receipt before you walk out. Prices are rising everywhere and this business is taking advantage! I came here about twice already and I told them I wanted tasajo nice sliced not alot of of fat and look what I got. I got pieces tangled of fat and the pieces looked terrible! SMH where is the top quality at? I came here for top quality and I payed $14 a pound. Not satisfied!
