just all the goodwills in general not including the outlet store Im just disgusted overall on the prices of these stores is just insane your stuff gets donated but wanna charge more then the actual name brand store charges and dont blame inflation or covid its called greed from a non profit organization its just disgusting

Way too expensive for what they offer. I understand the mission of Good will and like many others have done my fair share of donating. They need better pricing and less moody employees.

Nice little second hand store with some good deals Update... I recently helped a friend take a few car loads of stuff to be donated there and the guy working taking the donation was rude and acted like we were putting him out to have to help unloading the items .. if I set something down on the ground he would tell me in a rude manner to not put items on the ground. He didn't seem very happy to be working there...

Over the years I have shopped at the north side Goodwill on and off when looking for things but after my experience today I will not go back to this location again. Some rude, condescending, threatening employees. They could benefit from training employees and supervisors in customer service including tone of voice and body language. After a poor interaction with an employee I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and when I expressed my concern all I got was a very judgmental look with the indication that she supported the employees actions and a I will pass it along. No resolution or even hint at understanding for my concerns. I left feeling like I had wasted my time and will not go back to a store that is apparently ok with threatening interactions from there employee towards a customer. COVID-19 is not an excuse for poor behavior.
