Wow! I was so impressed with my tour's of Citrus Place! My first tour I was welcomed by Susan, she did an outstanding job answering all my questions! I was impressed also by the size of the rooms and how clean everything was! I was able to speak with some of the guests and they all said how much they enjoyed living there! I was surprised to see my name on the welcome board! On my second visit Aurora was my tour guide, Aurora was very polite and answered the questions that I had, this time the friends that I was with took pictures! Aurora also invited us to have lunch, as you can see by the photo's everything was excellent! I still have some "Ducks to get in a row" but my first choice will be Citrus Place, Lord willing!

Please don’t send your loved ones here. Horrible management especially the nurse Dora. Residents and staff have made so many complaints about her. Very rude, she’s a narcissist! Always understaffed and management doesn’t help there staff at all. Spend your money somewhere else and don’t spend your money here… they won’t get the proper care! I could say more but from mine and others experience it’s not worth it!

My Step Mom Jean is a new (March 2019) memory care resident at Welbrook Arlington. Prior to the wrath and progression of her Alzheimer's, she was extremely smart, kind-hearted, loveable, talkative, and a great listener that gave insightful career advice. Unfortunately, the staff will never see her true inner beauty but they a caring for her as if they had. The entire staff is simply amazing, especially Michelle, Brittany, Ayriana, and Myira! The facility is sunny and bright, clean, well maintained and has room to roam safely. The meals and snacks are delicious. There are many engaging and fun activities for the residents to enjoy, including field trips. I live in North Carolina and found it easy to return home knowing that my Step Mom is in good hands. (Kudos to Dad for finding Wellbrook!)

We have recently placed my father at Welbrook Arlington. He is so very happy knowing that he can spend the rest of his life at a facility that truly cares about the people that live there. Denise is amazing. She is very patient regarding the interactions between herself and the residents. She knows all residents by name and the entire facility has a safe "homey" feel about it. The facility is sparkly clean and well maintained. It has attractive greenery to enjoy and the apartments are modern and extremely comfortable. Every resident we talked to rave about how much they enjoy living there. There are plenty of fun and engaging activities for the residents to enjoy. In my opinion, there is no better place for my 85 year old father to live, and if you visit Welbrook Arlington yourself, you will agree that this facility, the residents and the entire staff are of the highest quality and is a wonderful place to live out your golden years.
