I had an issue that I couldn't figure out on a newly serviced mower (from another place). I called that place, and they refused to help me over the phone, and told me to bring it back in.....after KEEPING IT FOR 2 WEEKS!!! I said no thanks, and hung up. It was important that I got the mowing job done, so I searched for a lawn mowing repair place, hoping someone could help me. Wellllll....Markle Mower SURE DID....OVER THE PHONE...on a mower they have never serviced!!!! The guy was friendly and quick to figure it out. It turns out it was something simple, but he saved me!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE their help, and will be forwarding their information to the people I mowed for. THANK YOU!!!!! Customer service at it's best!!!

I went here looking for a few things that other nearby shops didn't have. The man had all the parts. Also, they were having trouble with the credit card machine so it was cash only at the time. I told him what I needed and by the time I came back he had everything there waiting for me. Excellent service! I'll be coming back for my Honda mower parts.
