I NEVER GAVE CONSENT to these people to check ANYTHING about my credit. Thank you for responding, but, I am Not looking into purchasing a house nor anything else of large expense. And I haven't inquired about any such. Now this inquiry is on my credit report for 2 years needlessly.

This is the worst credit technology company for any mortgage/financial institution to use. I can tell my company uses them because their services are inexpensive and you get what you pay for. They set a horrible first impression: from the annoying screechy woman's voicemail message that you hear after hours, of which you have no idea which time zone they are referring to to the inability to get tech support or after hours customer service. Their website is NOT user intuitive and their support/help pages are limited. Essentially, you can't find what you need to help yourself and their in person support doesn't work when you do.
