Me and my fiancee had been going here regularly for a while now, and the same person had been running the shop every time, which was great until yesterday. We needed to pick up nothing more than lube, walking in from the cold with my hood on and thinking nothing of it. She requested i remove it, to which I'd kindly obliged with an apology. Unbeknownst to me, but completely obvious to my fiancee, they were sitting there trying to compare me to a shoplifter that looked nothing like me on their playback monitor while i was checking out. I had figured they were just reviewing it, even up to the point they had to see my ID just to make the purchase, which I'd never had to do in this store nor anywhere else. Absolutely not, they were harassing us and my obliviousness is only more frustrating after being able to process what happened. I'll never be comfortable in a store that treats it's regulars like criminals, and people like this are the reason i have such severe social anxiety. I'll gladly get what me and my fiancee need elsewhere.
