The staff were great. However, the prices for what you get explains why this chain is failing. You can get better quality and quantity for less at a number of places. It used to be Applebee's had decent food at reasonable prices... This is no longer true.

I had a great time at this location! We came in for dinner pretty late in the evening, and was immediately met with friendly staff. Lots of attention from our server, very warm and caring all around. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked! My only regret is not saving enough room to have some dessert ;)

We were told after the meal they were training new cooks. The food took an hour to get to the table. Steaks over cooked. Sons sandwich was wrong. It had items that wasn't on the menu. I was completely done with my food, before my wife received her meal. The server was attentive, and apologized for the tardiness of the food. Overall a disappointing experience. Sure glad it wasn't a date night.

Deborah was a great waitress. Food came out hot and fast. Didn't have a single issue. We visit this location probably once a month or every few months and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. Wings were hot. Pasta with blackened shrimp was delicious. I feel other reviews are just people who like to complain 😬 It's an Applebee's, not some 5 star restaurant on the plaza. Ya get what you can afford to pay for. It's a great place for a nice casual dinner and some cheap drinks.
