Waitress was super nice and interactive with the kids. And the other staff was very nice too, hostess even suggested a drink. Food was good, no complaints.

Carry out order so this is not a reflection on the staff. Portion size however, is awful. $12.49 for 4 tenders the size of boneless wings and a small amount of fries. This was so silly. This is the portion I would imagine a kids meal would come. Not adults full size entree. I can go to the grocery store deli and get triple this for $8.99.

I understand that it's mother's day today, and there would be a wait time, but to wait 45 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant seemed a bit much. Then to wait 45 minutes for cold food was extremely frustrating. Especially since the restaurant was still only half full. $60+ for an awful experience. We will not return. Do better IHOP!!

Had lunch with a party of 10. Server was excellent. My breakfast was very good except for my sour dough toast which came out white. One piece had no butter whatsoever. The other slice had one very small smear that was nearly invisible.
