Very grateful for Dr. Nguyen. I've been one of the classic "afraid of the dentist" people but she was so welcoming and I felt completely at ease. She didn't make me feel guilty for how long it had been since I'd seen a dentist and is completely aware of insurance and not pushing to do anything that's not an emergency too fast. I am not shy to tell all my friends (and even people who I've just met) how much I like my dentist. Dr. Victoria Nguyen is extremely conservative with her treatment and thorough with her evaluations. "If it's not broke, why go in and fix it?" is a saying that holds true to her practice. I've heard too many horror stories about other dentists doing unnecessary procedures because the patient naturally trusts their dentists advice and do not question their judgement, when they're actually doing extra things that are not needed. Don't be afraid to ask her questions! Dr. Nguyen is honest and does her best to maximize your benefits. Making an appointment was easy and flexible. Having my insurance checked was also a breeze, because I had my information ready to go. Again, if you're not sure, just ask. The staff is so helpful. I love the bi-annual cleaning phone call/text reminders. They even do email reminders. You can form your own opinion, I've made up mine :)

I tried to make an appointment with this dentist for my boys. After going through all the questions, I was told that my boys can't be seen because they don't accept my insurance. I asked again that I have never had any issues in the past, why now? The lady said they don't accept Obamacare. I told her I don't know what she's talking about because my health plan includes dental care for the kids. All I wanted was to have my kids' teeth clean. I had no idea it was that much of a problem. Worst case scenario, I could have paid out of my own pocket and submit for reimbursement myself. I cannot understand what this dental office was doing. There are plenty of dentists out there. I was not going to beg to have my kids seen by this dentist.
