I want give them zero star if I can, bad service and attitude, for my cat treatment they did nothing and always trying to change money and I asked them why they charge, then they feel guilty to cancel it, want to delay and my cat treatment let him become worse! I don’t think they love animals they just want to trick more money from your pocket!

Dr Ryan is such a nice person I have ever met in a vet! She helped us a lot with the health certificate of my two pets! Well organized, professional, and patient! Wish her having a good mood everyday!

Called today, very unprofessional whoever is on the front desk. If you don’t like working then quit. Never had any problems asking questions through phone. Hang up on me without even saying a proper goodbye to a customer. Will cancel the plan for my dogs because of this unprofessional worker. Very rude.

My dog is very sick with cancer. I specifically asked that he be seen quickly so that he is not stressed out in a cage all day. 7 hours later I finally get through to speak to someone and ask when he will be ready for pick up. I am told the vet is on the phone but they will call me right back. Over an hour later I try calling again and unable to get through. I decide drive down there to pick my dog up. When I arrive I am told the vet is quoting $50 dollars to have a the needed procedure done and it will take 10 minutes if I want to wait. My dog was there for 8 hours for a procedure that takes 10 minutes. I told them I know longer wanted their service and decided to leave with my dog. When I took him outside he peed a lake and chugged water the moment we got home. This tells me not only was he locked up for 8 hours, they were clearly not meeting his basic needs. I should also note that the receptionist was very nice. I am frustrated with the vets’ incompetency to prioritize high needs patients and their complete lack of communication for an already very ill patient.
