I decided to give this barber shop a try because a friend recommended this place. I called ahead asking if they were accepting walk ins. They said yes, once there they said that the wait was 25 minutes. I went to eat and came back 30 minutes after. The guy told me that because I was not there someone else was called, but I was next. Totally understandable. I waited, and waited, the person that checked me in, was not there, so another guy called two more walk in customers before me, then when it was my turn, he said that another person were there before. I didn't argue, and left after waiting more than 35 minutes. I drove for 15 minutes back home and I found another baber shop, excellent customer service, I waited 10 minutes (because they really have good control of their check in). I told my friend what happened and he decided do not go there any more either.

Been here around 5 times to get my hair cut; Every single time I had an appointment set. Came here the first time mainly because they are open late. I kept coming because my barber did a pretty good job and was a nice guy. But They are EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED!!! If you make an appointment at 4PM, don’t expect to be seated until 4:45. If you make any appointment at 5PM, don’t expect to be seated until 6PM…. They never failed to make me wait an extra 40 min for an appointment for had scheduled 7 days ahead of time…. Currently searching for a new barber location. Really wanted to be a regular here but I actually value my time.

Best Barbershop in the Tustin area! Hugo is seriously the best at fades and has awesome customer service! All his barbers do an excellent job! If there is ever a time you don't like anything Hugo will work with you to resolve any issues.
