Our recyclables were not picked up on trash day (Monday) this week. As I am writing this, it has been 5 days, and our recycle bin is still waiting to be picked up, after being told by two different customer service reps at two different days that it would be taken care of. The first rep said we did not put out our recycle bin, but he then sends us a video of the truck dumping trash/ waste and we could see it clearly pick up our neighbors trash right next door to us and then drive right past our three bins and continue onto the next home. We point out to him what we see on the video footage and he then proceeds to tell us that they will have someone come out within 24-48 hours to pick up our recyclables. Obviously that never happened, so we call again and this time speak to Brittany, a lead supervisor, who says she would submit a request again. That was this morning (Friday) and our bin is waiting to be picked up. And all the while, this weekend's recyclables have been building up all week inside our house. Tomorrow is Saturday. . .so I guess my recyclables from last week will be picked up this coming Monday, our usual trash day. This is a complete joke! We plan on making a complaint to the city of Santa Clarita and the health dept. Maybe at that point, we will get a response from Waste Management.

The hell that came out to request to swap a trash bin left filthy by the previous tenant of my temporary house was just out of this world! Unbelievable! They won't replace it no matter what! Never had any issue before, when requested to remove oversize trash the process was easy and useful, but after my experience with their customer service for such a simple request I can't say I'm happy on how they operate. They are a monopolized service, and you can only take it and shut up!

WM is amazing. They are dependable, professional and friendly. I was gathering up stick and green waste when one of the WM drivers stopped and asked if I needed help and even offered me a pair of gloves to be safe. Her kind and friendly offer and smile made my day. I love how WM notifies us of holiday schedule changes, provides bulk pickup, invests in the community and renewable efforts to make the world a better place. Thank you, WM!

Dropped off some old furniture at the bulky item drop off location. There’s no parking . The woman at the reception window must’ve been having a really bad day because she was being pretty rude. She looked bothered by people coming in and asking her to do her job. The guy in the back was the most helpful guiding me into putting items away.

Do you have to be a customer of theirs or can anyone take large items such as matresses and large TV'S?
Look up "LA City Sanitation S.A.F.E Centers" for free E-Waste disposal
Regular trash or the tree bin go for it
I've had to call for this a few times over the years... Just call the main number and let them know which of your barrels needs replacing... They'll let you know if it will be on your next pick up day or the following one when they can get someone out. Their customer service has been very friendly and helpful each time I've needed it.
I don't really know but I'll ask
Waste Management has started a new policy of picking up the yard (green) waste only every other week. Thus is because of staff shortages due to COVID. However, on your pickup day, you are allowed to put out extra yard waste in bundles or bags.
sure, call first to make sure

Wood cannot be placed in recycling. It belongs in the regular "mixed" waste bin.
Recycling center
You call a waste management place ask how much for a big dumpster then pay for it
Contact waste management and let them know your cans are broken. They should replace them at no charge
Call customer service . They'll be to help.
Everything, but hazardous materials.
It’s always delayed the big three summer holidays, Memorial, Independence, and Labor days and the big three at the end of the year, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Because of the Monday holiday, my trash day (wed) was pushed one day to today (Thursday). So prob yours will too. Friday's pickup will be Sat. But just to play it safe, have the trash out on your schedule day of Friday
