DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY’S. They are the worst furniture store out there. I have bought plenty of furniture from them to know they have so many issues and it’s not a one time flaw. First I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter years ago only parts of my shipment were delivered at the time after being sent late. And some pieces I never received. Next I ordered a dinning table yup another mistake. I gave it a few years and I tried again to order a couch for our new home. I placed my order almost a month ago and was expecting to get it in the next few days. Nope they just called to tell me that not only is it not in stock but also discontinued. This place is worst. I don’t understand how they are just now learning of this discontinued item 3 days before my delivery that was order a month ago. Run take your money elsewhere.

The buy in store was your typical experience friendly sales person etc and they helped us pick out a dining table set, but the problem lies in their delivery. We were told to that the eta was in mid to late February, received an email saying to confirm our delivery date and when I did two days later I get a call saying they have to push it back to early March. I called end of February to check in on my order and the person on the phone looked and was shocked to see that the date was moved to March 21. She emailed the the order management team to see what’s going on and only received a products are on back order. The reason for the delay both times was because we were just missing two end chairs and that they were expected in early March and to expect delivery in late-mid march. Now i received another email March 15 confirm my delivery again only for them to call me yet again a day later saying it was cancelled and pushed back to may 21 because now they have all my chairs but the table is missing . I called multiple times and got a hold of one person who again emailed the order management team and sent a request to the escalated team. When I didn’t hear back after the 24 hr time frame they gave me to hear back from the escalated team, I called again Friday to be put on hold for 5 hrs and then they closed and couldn’t receive anymore calls. Called again Saturday and was told I should expect a call again from the escalated team within the next business day and yet again receive no phone call. I called today March 23 Wednesday finally got somebody to patch me directly to the escalated team to find out they have no idea what’s going and could only tell me that either my product was given away to somebody who accepted a partial delivery/ or just bought that specific product. That or that the product got damaged. She also mentioned that now I’m expected to get my chairs in April, table in may and the bench in June. Ridiculous, and all that is just eta because even then they can be taken by somebody else. Never again shopping with Ashley’s and definitely not recommending it. Cancelled my order and going somewhere else.

No matter how much you think you like what you see in this store, your purchase will never be easy. We've tried too many times before learning our lesson. We were consistently delivered damaged furniture and after the third attempt to replace it with equally damaged furniture, we wanted to just be done. Ashley refused to refund us for a product they could not provide without damage and told us our options were to continue setting up replacement deliveries (which were literal months apart each time) or store credit. We used the store credit for something we didn't need, sold it for cash, and recovered our cost. I did not know I could dislike a furniture company so much. Shop local and secondhand. This isn't worth it.

My husband and I received a good customer service from Laala. Earlier at a different location of Ashley we had a bad experience where they were pushing us relentlessly to buy an item to a point where we felt extremely uncomfortable and I have found that the Ashley home store online portal and stores have different pricing( online prices are lower) Anyway we found what we were searching for and the price variation was matched ( we showed them the same products in their website with different pricing and asked whether they would match it and they did) so we are happy on that front.All in all we had a good experience here. I have read reviews about the delivery mishaps and late deliveries so keeping my fingers crossed 🤞.Will update about delivery service after the products are delivered.
