I received my first Moderna vaccine yesterday. Staff was fast and professional. I didn't even feel my shot being administered because staff is caring and supportive. Thank you!

Hope I can give them a negative star! Worst customer service and rude. I'm here for Covid-19 vaccine with an appointment, but told they only do San Bernardino county only! State government site direct us here and they only mentioned " modona for both doses - San Bernardino only". I do read English and from my understanding this phrase means San Bernardino only can get modona vaccine!? Otherwise why state website direct me to choose this location after I registered I'm from LA county? In stead polite communication, this woman (seems to be the owner) rudely interrupt my explanation and tell me to get out. Vaccine is free for all U.S. citizen from U.S. government. Why do I want to travel so far away from my own county to take advantage to this free vaccine? Her attitude is so arrogant and condescending which infuriate me. If she explained that they don't have enough doses for people outside the county I'll be gladly retreat and rebook from a different location. It's so unfortunate that we are all in current difficult environment and people lacking compassion are controlling vital supplies.

I drive all the way from orange county a few times a month just to get my prescriptions at Doctor's Choice Pharmacy. They always do everything they can do to take care of me and their other patients ... from ordering medicines for you, making specialty compound meds...they are great at communicating between patient..doctor and insurances.. I love walking into a family owned pharmacy and greeted by my name and with smiles...been coming here for many years now and you will never catch me anywhere else!
