Very friendly family like atmosphere. The staff have been here for years because they are happy with their jobs and it shows. I highly recommend flying out of this airport if you can.

We booked a flight for 1:15 after getting to the airport we were told it’s a 2hr delay ok that’s fine after waiting 2hrs the delay turned into the flight not taking off until after 4, after knowing that customers had 4 and 5 o’clock flights to catch at STL the staff didn’t act concerned at all, never offered any kind of refund, partial refund or credit. How can you have people book flights, take their money and wait til an hr or 2 before the flight is to leave and start to clear off the runway. Needless to say everyone missed their connected flights at STL, lot a time and money wasted....

Two stars for that one day after getting through a federal installation checkpoint. These rejects from the real airports (STL / SPG) were summoned here. The “airport” is about as large as my first apartment in downtown Boston where they have almost 10 TSA agents working in the space of a closet. They swarm like bees and have a very large stick up their butt (sideways). They take there jobs above and beyond the point way past ridiculous. Their condescending tones as if they are Judge Dred make you feel like you want to just be locked up and put away for brining 3.1 ounces of deodorant on the plane. Because they stink doesn’t mean I don’t have too.
