Came to Firestone to get tires rotated. They refused to rotate due to a mail in one of the tires which I understand. My issue is the fact that they failed to put the locking lug nut key back in the car. When I went back to get the key they came out 4 times with handfuls of lug nut keys they “forgot to give back to the owners” and none of them fit. My first mistake was thinking a competent job would be done at Firestone. Never again will I attempt to use them for anything.

They said they had the tire I needed so I went to pick it up only to find they still didn't have the tire on hand. We waited for an hour for the tire. The roads got icy and not safe. They told me they had it on hand and it would be at the store when I came to pick up the tire they over promised and under delivered. I'm not happy with them at all. I finally got the tire but it was not waiting for me like they had said

They are good and reliable place for car mechanic inside the post. Always call before you go. One thing I don't like is they don't give the price upfront.

Call Fri to get new shocks and able to get them Tuesday. The customer care was excellent in their recommendations and the mechanic did a great job in replacing shocks. Good place to get work done on vehicle. They also offer some good deals in discount on other items. I do recommend Firestone on Fort Leonardwood.
