I’ve seen the other reviews and I’m confused. Every time we’ve gone they’ve been super nice and no issues inside or drive thru. Today I had a lady and I told her surprise me I’m having a bad day. She only asked if I wanted cold or hot and I made the stipulation I had to have coffee. I would have NEVER thought of of the combination and it is now my FAVORITE drink. She was super sweet and thoughtful. It was worth my time to go on base today. I avoid going on base if at all possible, but she made it worth it.

I really don't want to give it a 1 star and gave them 2-3 chances to redeem themselves. Politely brought to the attention to shift manager that I'm not content ever when I eat their glazed donuts...It seems they never coat their glaze donuts with enough glaze. Hense the glaze donuts were STALE multiple times already. It may sound petty I'm even having to explain this to you, but I came from Dallas TX where any Dunkin Donuts you go to there, they actually properly coat their glaze donuts. Here...it never seems to be the case! Part of enjoying a donut is the glaze, not just tasting the dried bread only! Lamb's (donut shop) down the road properly glazes their donuts. So why don't I go to Lamb's then? One, because I love Dunkin Donuts and two, because I was giving them a chances. I hope the shift manager brings it up to whoever needs to hear my concern at the Ft. Leonard Wood Dunkin Donuts as she told me she would.

There are mixed reviews but the food, coffee and donuts are great. The staff is definitely overwhelmed and space is at a premium. The shop simply is not large enough to accommodate the FLW traffic that rolls through at any given time. The morning rush and family day event are the worst times to go so if you can avoid those times you should be good to hit the drive thru. If you don't like waiting in the drive thru you can always go to Starbucks and pay $5 for coffee and $4 for a fashionably stale donut!
