It is the second time that I wait for my order for more than 30 minutes, my coffee got cold and the customer service was very bad. The bagels aren't too bad but I wouldn't go back for them.

Tasty food and good coffee, but they get behind on orders quickly. I went here to get a friend a breakfast sandwich and ended up waiting about 20-30 minutes before they finally caught up on orders.

Extremely sad about their coffee. They add way too much sugar in it even when you ask for half the pumps it is way too sweet compared to the same thing at Starbucks. On a side note, they have good snacks.
