Not sure what the good reviews are about. I made an appointment based on reviews on yelp… went in and found it overcrowded (not a welcome sign in these times). And it was DIRTY. The crowded atmosphere and dingy feel made me run! Didn’t stay to try to services. Yikes … ended up down the street …

When I first arrived back to live in LA they were the first ones I went to and they were horrible. Customer service is whack. My nails only lasted about 3 to 4 days. Then there was a situation where a woman was in distress and she tried to enter to ask for assistance and they literally shoved her out of the store and closed the door on her instead of helping. Yes it was a black woman. Overpriced poor work. Never again.

Nails are done nicely. I've gone a number of times to have dip done and gel done and even though they look nice, they chipped within 2-3 days. The dip chipped in 2 days! Looking for a new nail salon because even though the end product looks great, they are clearly not done properly technique wise.
