Ordered a garden salad. They didn't have any. So substituted the Caesar chicken salad. It had brown and slimy leaves and the chicken smelled off. The corporate office refused to give me a credit for a garden salad and instead offered coupons for pizza. Very disappointing. All I wanted was a garden salad. Exactly what I ordered and paid for. Very simple solution. Zero customer service.

Great customer service had a order get placed twice. I called and talked to the nicest lady and she helped get the second order canceled very nice and polite staff

They staff are always courteous and if there is a short delay they tell you right away. Usually have everything ready by the time I arrive and there is no wait. Only thing they could do better is to have anchovies! I know very few people like them, but we do. Nice choice of crusts and sauces is always available.

they tend to forget sauces or deliver to the wrong address here or there which isnt a big deal but they gave me horrible food poisoning this time. not cool and i feel nasty.
