Pretty nice place, we stayed in a cabin. Staff was friendly, beds were fine, showers in the cabin could stand to be replaced. It was pretty basic, but it has ac, so it wasn't hot.

My family really enjoyed our trip. The staff were friendly. The showers and bathrooms were clean even on a busy holiday weekend. We stayed in a tipi, which my kids loved. The campground transported us and our kayaks up river and we floated back to camp. I would definitely recommend them.

Well, where do I start. We look back to the vacation we stayed here and refer it as the worst vacation ever! ( It was back in 2016, so they could have upgraded since then to be fair though) First of all, the cabins are really run down they literally smell like a basement that is full of mold. That is not even exaggerating! The carpet inside of a cabins are nasty too. When we came here a huge storm had passed through. There was no electricity or anything! Obviously that is not their fault, but they had no generator or any way for anyone to get running water. in my opinion they need to have some kind of backup plan in case of an emergency like that. That is just a taste of what we went through staying here. I can't even tell you how relieved you were to leave! Absolutely never again!

Great family campground. The Meramec Springs were beautiful. Well maintained, wonderful owners, and amazing prices at the gift shop/campground store! We will be back for sure.
