I've been to both locations of Rosa Mexicano many times, but not in the past few years. Last night we were at the Lincoln Center location. The food did not meet my expectations. The Duck Carnitas Enchilada was bland. The flavor of the meat did not come through. My wife had a Duck Carnitas Quesadilla. It was also not flavorful. Both dishes were mushy in texture without any of the crispness and charred bits you would expect with carnitas. Kudos to the staff. We had a reservation for four people at 6pm and two more friends decided to join us. The hostess was able to give us a table downstairs. The wait staff did a good job.

Special-ordered a spinach quesadilla and it was amazing. Also had steak tacos, truly delicious. We will be back!

I don't know the zoba very well but I would tell you that I don't think you will have problems with the park, it is close to Lincoln center there is parking
Chicken is likely marinated overnight. Best to call and ask.
Its not really ideal for kids, but it is fine for them earlier in the evening
