They raised their prices to 80 dollars and the service is nowhere near good for that price. There are better hotels around that are cheaper. I only choose this place because of the location for work. I've had things stolen. One time they rented my room to somebody with all my things still in there n room already paid for an thing came up missing Took me 3 days to get my sheets changed after asking everyday. I've been bit by bed bugs, they gave me towels that I think where used on a dog because I had all hair on me after using it. They are really not even worth 50 dollars. I recommend other hotels if you care about where you stay and how you sleep. This is the worst and I've been to every hotel in Sedalia!

Took 15 minutes looking for staff to check us in. Booked king bed online. Was put in a queen room. When confronted staff stated that they were the same price (😮 WHAT ?!) so it didn’t matter. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, etc). Was told that the room did not come with any of this. When confronted that I had never heard of a motel that didn’t provide that, I was given 2 small bars of soap. Room hot and muggy even though air conditioner ran the whole time. Remote control for TV did not work.

Positive: Literally the only thing that kept us in this hotel was the fact the we only had to use the room for 1 night and the location of the hotel Negative: had to be shown ¿trick¿ to openin room door, passing maids in hall that looked to be on another planter.Once in room we had to go get a broom & clean table, chairs & floor.Were told no extra pillows, poop & burgers on walls. Dirty sticky freezer..

UPDATE: Refund was held by hotels.com NOT this facility and has been satisfied, if only in part. The rest of my original review stands. If I could give a negative rating, I would. They said they gave us a refund but it NEVER appeared in our account despite the print out they gave us stating it. Room was not clean. Bed made but dirty. Called down for freah linen and was told the laundry room was LOCKED! Chest of drawers fixed to wall FELL OFF when we put our suitcase on it and it was a heavy piece that could seriously injure a child. Walls in bathroom had fecal matter and my family came home with LICE! This hotel is a flipping health hazard and run by liars. DO NOT stay here!
