Positive: Cat friendly. Negative: Spiders! Every time I stay here I walk into my room in the morning after work and there are spiders everywhere. Live oneΓΒΏs, dead ones, there even in the beds. IΓΒΏve got pictures from every stay proving this.

There was a new computer system installed the day before we checked in so I was glad I had a paper statement showing I paid the room online. We had 2 queen beds, a mini refrigerator and microwave. I was glad we paid a little more to get a refrigerator so we could store leftover pizza and drinks. The kind woman at the front desk was able to produce a band-aid when my son got a scratch that bled a little. We also had a wonderful conversation about puzzles she was very personable. The cleaning lady was rude she came by the room twice and told us we had to leave at 11 because that was when check out was. The breakfast was good there were several options each morning: scrambled eggs, bread for toast and jam, pancakes π₯, French toast sticks, sausage rounds, oven potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy and a few types of individual cereal bowls. Juice options were apple π juice and cranberry. There was coffee β and decaffeinated coffee β with half and half, sweetener and sugar. There were also small skim milk containers and yogurt. The pool was cold the first day, my big toe told me I would NOT be happy in the water.. The kids were done in about 30 minutes. It was the part of this trip they had been looking forward to... the entire month of April. The pool hours were 10 am to 10 pm but we had a wedding in the afternoon/evening so it really didn't leave much time for playing in the pool. Especially with checkout at 11 am. I let them play in the pool before checkout they said the water π§ was warmer than the day before. I was packing so I didn't validate. This was better than several other hotels we have been to. There was a media center and puzzles for the kids. We actually bought a few more and left them for the next visitors.

The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the woman in the room next to me decided to walk her boxer right outside my door at one a.m. while screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs. Next time, I think I'll ask for a room upstairs.

They do have accessible rooms, plus they do have an elevator. Call and ask them to get a better answer.
