The rooms were not as clean as I thought they would be and the towels and wash clothes were thin. But the breakfast was filling. The biscuits and gravy was very good. A very quiet place to sleep.

Great customer service ! Lancy the manger there was awesome she went above and beyond!! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly the food was delicious. We are so glad we choose to stay here on our trip. Would definitely recommend !!

Don't stay at this hotel! Management will rip you off if they can. We reserved a room with (2) queen beds for (4) people (including 2 children!) for a single night through a 3rd-party website and paid in advance. We arrived the night of our stay, checked-in and given a room key, but when we went to the room, it was only a room with a single bed. Went back down to front desk and told them we were given wrong room. The front desk agent (Laveda) told us that the hotel was oversold by 15 rooms and they had nothing else available and nothing that she could do for us. She was absolutely no help at all and acted like she could care less. We ended up booking a room at another hotel and when I asked to be refunded, Laveda said they couldn't do that and I'd have to go through the 3rd party used to make the reservation. So, upon contacting the 3rd party, they say they can't issue a refund without the hotel agreeing to waive the charge, and that the hotel has denied this request! Don't stay here!!
