Someone needs to put Sears out of their misery!! SOON. Abysmal service!!

Repairman needed to use bathroom before he started. Then he misdiagnosed problem and wouldn't give estimate for repair cost (but said 12 year warranty didn't cover any of it). I refused to let him work on it but agreed to pay $99 diagnosis cost for which I was then charged $112.95. I then called a local plumber who replaced a drain valve quickly and confirmed I didn't need the P&T valve replaced which sears said was needed. My hot water heater now runs perfectly.

A guy showed up, needed a part, insisted on full payment with the promise to return when the part showed up. It did, he did not. "Chat" guy and guy on phone say they are waiting for another part which is not needed. Three appointments made at our insistence that all parts are here, three no-shows, each time telling us they are waiting for parts. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE or if you do, do not pay in full before it is done.

Like seemingly everyone else, my home warranty people assigned A&E to come fix my refigerator. They were scheduled for 10/6 between 1 and 5. I got an email rescheduling at 4:57 moving the appointment out 2 weeks. My guess is it's a bait and switch. They scheduled to get the work from the warranty company and have no intention of showing up. Calling to get a different vendor now. I'd rather pay myself than use these clowns.
