Ordered at 4:17 pm, 20 minutes later said our food was being delivered and still waiting on our food it is now 5:17 and still no food.. this is on a when they finally brought it..at 5:23 it finally came out cold food was cold , one burger short, and fries were very cold ..we requested our money back.. told them I wanted a receipt to show our money was credited back to our account...very crazy...will not stop at the rector arkansas sonic again..there excuse was the receipt got lost..and the first was they only had one car hop..used as 1/8 of a tank of gas because being hot..w

Waited 26 minutes for a shake and chicken dinner with 2 orders of tater tots. Chicken came out black like the grease was burnt. The tator tots were extremely soggy with grease and burnt oil flavor like the chicken. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot and a full staff with 2 workers kicked back in chairs. Highly disappointed!!

My meal was served quickly. The order was completely accurate. The server was very polite and helpful. Good variety of food and perfect for a fast stop to eat or for during a while to leisurely enjoy one of their awesome desserts. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.
