Ordered curbside to go due to being in a hurry. Arrived with required details of my vehicle, at the correct time and nobody attended to my order. Went inside and staff seemed frazzled and did not have my order ready 10 minutes after the time THEY provided. When I asked about my fountain soda he handed me a cup and said he couldn’t go to the beverage fountain. I left and returned when my child reminded me of the ice cream. Once inside I stood in line without assistance. Staff seemed unconcerned and did not provide solutions, OR apologies. The point in the curbside pickup was for convenience due to being on a schedule, I spent almost 30 minutes there. We will not be returning.

Service was a bit low-skill. Food is priced higher than how good it is. I should have gone to McDonald's this time.

Ordered a double cheese burger got home it had no top bun? Why is it this place can't hire people to just do the basic part of the job correctly? I'll just go to any other resurant in town spend less get the same outcome. Don't reccomend anyone stop by this DQ unless you enjoy disappointment. In response to your answer no I will not give you guys another shot this is 1 instance in a long list of terrible experiences with your store. And it's always the same generic response copy and paste some more of your customers away.

How does a Dairy Queen run out of ice cream? You guys could've put a sign out or something, I was in the drive thru a pretty long time just to be told you were out. The rest of the times I've gotten food here it's been pretty good but I was just upset that my time was wasted.
