Love's Travel Stop

Im a trucker and stop at many Love’s stores throughout the USA. This store has the dirtiest bathrooms, trashiest parking lot and most filthy fuel island. The personnel working in the store are not friendly with customers and are more focussed on entertaining each other and checking their cell phones.This is by far, not the standard that Love’s tries to uphold. This store needs some leadership!!!

Just a simple tire change again and of course since covid all the workers slack and don't care because they know they can't get fired with people not wanting to work and they need help. Simple tire change doesn't take this long but of course you see them chatting and slacking off instead of just working and getting things done. Inside the loves is just as bad they all talk instead of saying hi and servicing the customers. You just want them to scan your stuff and go and of course they stop doing their job to chat to each other. Clearly they can't talk and work 🙄 so ridiculous. All of the outside trash bins are full and trash on the ground. No one does their Job here. But then again look at the town.

Clean environment, love the variety of food selections, but I’m really confused why loves do not have a laundry room for the truck drivers to wash clothes. Anyhoo😒besides, the mechanic shop workers are very nice. They work on my truck in a quickly manner.

We grabbed gas and a fresh snack during a stop on our road trip. This was a very clean establishment! Everything was in stock and the customer service was great. Saint Louis here we come!
