I went in got a house fried rice. My total was $12.04 I have the man $100.05. My change was supposed to be $88.01 when he handed it to me it was $48 I told him that the change wasn’t correct and also asked for a receipt and I was told they where out of receipt paper and when asked for a manger I was told he was unavailable and to come in the next day when he’s there. I called to talk to the manager and once again was told he was unavailable and was talked to in a rude manner. Now they are acting like they won’t give me the correct change which is really upsetting

I'm going to try to give this review in a kind & respectful manner, while being honest. That being said, I want to just say, The Kowloon restaurant, (with all due respect) isn't exactly the place I would recommend to anyone. I know that, EVERYONE expects a relaxing atmosphere that's clean (and insect free), a tasty & fulfilling meal, and a waiter or waitress that's both kind & caring as well as eager to please all of their customers. That's what everyone wants, and rightly so. Any worthy business owner wants their customers happy and will do whatever it takes to see that all of their patrons are satisfied when they leave their establishment. That's just what good business owner does. That's common knowledge, right? Right. So don't waste your time at the Kowloon because you'll definitely be disappointed (AND HUNGRY) when you leave. Sorry Kowloon but your place needs a lot of work.

A great value! The number of dishes on the buffet was small and limited to traditional, or standard, items. However, the food was fresh and delicious. It was well worth the price of $7 or so. Although I didn't try the salad bar, it also looked fresh. The two staff members who interacted with me were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I recently ate dinner here while staying at the Red Roof Inn during a hunting trip. We got there pretty late (about 9:30 pm) so I wasn't expecting a fully stocked buffet. However, our server was very polite and made sure we were taken care of. One of the cooks came out and asked us what specific things we would like him to cook fresh for us. He came out a second time to make sure we were satisfied. I worked at an Asian buffet while I was in college and my boss was adamant on great customer service and these were the same practices we had. My husband and I were very satisfied. I think people should be more understanding when going to a buffet during hours that are not busy. It would be stupid for them to keep a fully stocked buffet when they can wait and cook it fresh for you. We would definitely go back, the food that we had was cooked fresh and was very tasty.
