Worst person ever behind a desk. I hope the Doctor reads this. I have been calling since Sept 1 to schedule an appointment, I should have known something wasn't right when she answered the phone with "Hello". I asked if this was Dr Porcelli's office. She said yes. I Said I need to schedule an appointment, she said she couldn't and the office manager would call me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I even went down to the office to schedule an appointment and the girl said she couldn't and someone would call me. Twenty days later and still no appointment. To the girl with long black hair - I think you need another job where you can just stand around. Maybe sign twirler? And if you are not doing anything maybe clean the waiting room. It looks untouched since 1977.
