Very clean, went for a Jimmy Buffett concert in July and concert was canceled so we ended up having a get together at the hotel. Brianna at the front desk checked us in and was amazing, trying to accommodate us anyway she could. Would highly recommend

For the second year in a row. Me and my team has stayed at this hotel. From the first stay to the second stay management and the staff have been excellent. The rooms are comfy, cleaned and maintained well. If there was anything that we needed; the staff made sure that we would be taken care of. A++++. Thank you.

Don't get it twisted we loved this place- the free fully loaded breakfast, the 24 hr complimentary hot tea, coffee, and hot cocoa, the pet friendly environment, the saline pool, the little fire pit outside. They were able to accommodate us with joining rooms which was amazing! The full kitchen with fridge & freezer was a must for the littles. The rooms got 3 stars due to cleanliness... we found balloon in the dresser drawer that were not ours. The pack & plays offered by the hotel did not have sheets so when we went for the extra linen bags they were incomplete by missing items and one was dumped out signaling to me that no one checked them or replaced the items. Thankfully Walmart was a 9 minute rude to get sheets for the pack & plays. The only negative I have is when going from the pool to the hot tub I developed a rash and broke out into hives. Not sure if the hot tub chemicals were off but it was extremely uncomfortable. Overall 7/10 and we will be staying here again! Just watch out for the hot tub.

The kids loved the hotel room. I wish the bathroom had a door between the toilet/shower and sink area. Hard with a family of 6 to only have the one bathroom. Also, the kids were not too happy about sleeping on the fold out couch. They all loved the breakfast options!
