We did not have any shower gel nor shampoo to shower with. When we asked for more, the front desk provided one square of bar soap and tiny bottle of gel. Hardy enough to bathe one person, let alone the three persons in our room. Also, there were plumbing issues and shower backup, about 3” deep. I felt more dirty after our stay than before we arrived. Never again.

Hotel is really nice. It has Concierge lounge open for breakfast and appetizers (after 5PM) Free soft drinks and food. The lady from Concierge Lounge was super nice, helpful and really kept lounge in great condition. Rooms and Hotel clean. Parking is big and free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: Hotel was clean and quiet. Lobby is very nice. Location was ideal for where we needed to be in the area but there is not much right around the hotel. Negative: The rooms are still nice but showing their age. Very late 90's early 2000's. Bathroom has old ceramic tile floors and shower surround. Dark green granite. Border around the room ceiling and furniture look very dated.

Excellent stay at the Milwaukee Marriott West. We were only in town for the night but we're able to book online prior and get a aaa discount. Nice clean room, nothing too fancy but lots of room to spread out. Shower leaved a little to be desired but overall a decent hotel room. Ended up snowing us in at the hotel so we had dinner and breakfast at the BLVD restaurant attached to the lobby. Excellent service from Shelly as our waitress for both dinner and breakfast. Tasty cocktails and a perfectly cooked steak made dinner a great experience. The breakfast buffet was fine and a great value but we would have preferred to order off the menu if we had been able. Overall great experience at this hotel bar/restaurant. Pool and hottub were small but nice. It was very cool it opens at 6am as we were able to jump in with a coffee and relax in the jets. Natural light from the large row of windows was nice and made it a perfect start to the day. Thanks Milwaukee Marriott West, would definitely stay again if we are in the area!
