Was ok, could be better. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Pool area was dirty. I didn't appreciate leaving my young son in the pool area to track down a towel from the front desk. Hot tub was down, no breakfast which was misleading online. We'll probably spend more by staying elsewhere next time.

We were there due to a medical emergency with my husband and we got outstanding customer service. The hotel was located in a lovely area and an easy drive to and from the hospital. The staff worked hard to make our stay there terrific. The rooms were clean and the staff worked hard to meet our needs. I would stay there again.

The owner was great. Very friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled funky. No breakfast was provided (it stated online and in the book in the room breakfast was provided). This is an older building without any elevator, which we did not know prior to arrival. It is a good thing to know. We were on the 2nd floor and had luggage and a cooler. The bed was super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
