This Christmas there are unique Nativity scenes in the windows at 138 Walnut Ave. The same building where Agnus Dei is located. The store has an extraordinary selection of books and gifts.

Always excellent...there is nothing like this in the East Bay, and I always save some Christmas shopping for our yearly Thanksgiving trip to Santa Cruz just so I can visit Agnus Dei. Their collection of quality children's books is the best!

I am looking for an edition of the New Testament with the Psalms. Do you have such? I would especially like one like the one I had years ago, which was small in size (4x6 in.?) with flexible (but not paper) cover.

The store is open Tuesday morning at 10AM. Your question can be answered then. If it is not in stock they will special order. It is not as fast as Amazon but it usually arrives within a week, sometimes less. But they are kinder and gentler than Amazon. 😀
