Vicky is absolutely amazing! I’ve had units at this location for about 10 years and she is by far the best manager they’ve ever had. This past year I’ve had a hard time financially, as many others have, and she has always communicated kindly and respectfully with me about payments I’ve missed. Today I went to clean out one of my units and Vicky helped me get it open since I had lost the keys. She also offered me masks and gloves to help protect me from the dust because the unit hadn’t been touched in years. I was considering changing to a different storage facility that’s closer to me but her exceptional customer service changed my mind!
