If you're looking for the worst in waste pickup and customer service, look no further!! If I could give -5 stars I'd do it in a heartbeat!! I paid the $50 deposit which of course they processed in record time, they dropped off the bin & apparently thats all they're capable of doing. 1st pickup was scheduled nearly a month ago. 5 phone calls later, they STILL HAVEN'T made a pick up, I've been promised callbacks and have yet to hear anything from them!!! This is truly incompetence at its finest!!

I give this company Republic Services no stars what so ever. I get a cancelation notice cause they are shorting their routes and have to find service elsewhere which is ok. Seeing how they price gouge you anyway. Then I pay foe 3 months of service have only been serviced once this month due to weather and they said thats not their problem and refuse to credit my account for the 2 weeks missed. I will never recommend this company. Also about 6 months ago the trash man is so lazy I had to start walking my trash bin a mile so it could even get serviced cause he refused to drive down my road.

Terrible company. I was quoted $40 per month for trash services. I received a bill for a for 2 months since the billing cycle overlapped. My bill was $208!!! Also my "deposit" for the container was $50 and was supposed to be taken out of my first bill. It was not. I have previously had services and it was much cheaper in another part of town. Its clear the service price varies greatly upon your perceived income level based on where you live, and if you call them about your bill, they will apologize and lower it to keep you. This begs the question as to why it was so expensive to begin with. Other local companies are far cheaper. Its unfortunate that even in a small town like ours, we allow corporate greed to flourish. From trash service to internet we are taken advantage of. Call these people out and demand better and it will change.

If you have another service option, don't use this company. We have had to call every other week to be picked up since being with them because they "miss' our stop. The last time they picked up they papered our neighbors lawns and our road with our garbage, that I had to pick up by hand. As of today, our can has been beside the road full for two weeks! Missed us again last week(tuesday pick up day)but someone was supposed to be here Friday to pick up. This is Monday. Terrible service. I wouldn't give them any stars if it was an option.
