Okay so let me get started I went with my father who is disabled to get a tap card. We filled out the form handed it to SERGIO and he said 20 days for a answer okay no problem but my poor dad made a mistake to just ask him a simple question of how much does it usually cost and he rudely told him well it’s not free my dad said I know it’s not free but I’m just asking if there’s a lower cost because I’m disabled and Sergio basically ignored my dad and look at him like he was stupid or something. Why treat my dad so disrespectfully just for asking a question he is their to answer the questions customers might have even if their having a bad day or something. So sad he continued to belittle my dad till we left . 😕 Also this comment is about SERGIO I could tell that even his co workers did not understand why he was so rude.

You need student ID or other form of proof that you are in high school.
No they dont sell bus tokens anymore. You can still use them up till november for bus rides of 2019. You can purchase from other people who sell them on apps such as offer up
I think a temp is given to you while the permanent one is delivered in the mail
