Unprofessional. Do not fill your prescriptions here. Lack of privacy. I am standing in line at the pharmacy and there are 23 people ahead of me. I counted twelve employees working in the pharmacy and only person assisting customers. While I was waiting I observed one employee on her cell phone, another drinking a Starbucks frap behind the counter, two employees having a conversation and all of this while there is a line of 23 people. This is totally unacceptable. There was one employee that took 30 minutes just to ring up one prescription and none of the other employees offered to help assist her. Having to wait in line for half an hour while employees are twiddling their thumbs is professional and not acceptable.

A lady was trying to steal from the store and the security guard slammed her on to the check out register and tased her instead of calling the police. When I approached him to express what I thought about the way he handled the situation he became very aggressive towards me, calling me names and screaming at me. I can't believe CVS hires people that mistreat their customers like that. I would not recommend this store at all.

I went to pick up medicine for a family member when saw the PHARMACIST!! sweeping the main counter were people puts their hands, belongings, drop off Prescriptions etc with dirty BROOM!! Unacceptable, unsanitary, unhygienic.
