Kaiser is hands down the worst insurance and medical facility I have dealt with the many excuses and lack of accountability and responsibility is insane. They really don’t care about patients who aren’t loaded with money and paying them privately

Kaiser is usually fine but sometimes they are so f-ed up they really don't make sense. They are either good or really really bad. They need to try harder. They have a nurse help line and that either works or they tell you to f-off politely...

ZERO Stars Kaiser Permanente is the WORST!! I just move to Kaiser for my care this January and it really sucks the poor help. They give no real help for Mental Health care or solutions. It is so expensive and doctors cant help. they have turn me away two times in less than a week. I need mental help asap and they have appointments in like a month in the meantime they want for me to possibly do crazy stuff and deal with my illness instead of offering solutions. This is the first time i seek help because i really really need it and no help whatsoever. It really sucks. Go to a different doctor really!

If you have to go to a hospital/clinic, this is the place. Been going here for years and have usually had positive experiences. They have been moving all communications on line so, if you are not comfortable with that, it will be a tougher experience. Fairly quick service, clean place, and good location.

You can call to the main office or you can go to office in Gilroy
