Beautiful park. Playground for younger and older kids. The young kids structure has sand on the ground, a tunnel, a wall through zone, and entertainment on the walls for the crawling and standing babies to practice on.

This is a pretty and green park next to a residential area. This is next to a school, so you could always see lots of activities in and around the park. However, the park doesn’t have proper tracks to walk around and there is always some ongoing construction on the park that makes the area little dusty and difficult to walk around. As the park is little hilly, it makes it a nice place to use a picnic blanket and read a book or entertain a dog.

Quiet family friendly park with different play structures for big kids, toddlers, babies. Large grass areas for picnics. Currently under some construction for path resurfacing but there’s still plenty of space.

Groves of mature redwoods make this neighborhood park especially nice. It's not the same as actually being in a redwood forest, but it's a good second best when you can't get away from the city. The park also has two grassy expanses, one flat for ball play, and one with miniature rolling hills. There's a sandy playground for the kids, with plenty of jungle gym equipment and swings. There's one baseball diamond, and a wall for bouncing tennis balls, but no tennis or basketball courts. (There are tennis courts just a block away on Remington.) There's a big paved circular area that would be great for roller skating, or even dancing - if only there were music, it would be perfect. There's a small group picnic area with a barbeque, a community meeting room, an even a little off-street parking.

Go to the office near the mens restroom across from the rec building any time between 6am and 2:30pm , Monday through Friday.... a city worker is somewhere in the park during those hours.
Area 1 is the small picnic area that's right next to the playground area 2 is up at the top level that's the big part it holds the most people
