If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This run down, NASTY DIRTY Thortons is the WORST location besides the downtown Broadway location. The trash cans are OVER FLOWING, there's trash all over the lot, the coffee stations are disgusting, nothing looks wiped down anywhere for the entire drink area, there are no self service registers, the pumps are wicked slow and the WORST was the fact that the security tape on the card reader at the pump was VISIBLY CUT and TAMPERED with. So, great, if I get gas here at the pump someone will steal my card info. NEVER will I come to this thorntons again, and that's very sad because I don't like to get gas at any other gas station, but there are no other locations of thorntons in shelbyville where my boyfriend lives and gas is cheaper. GET IT TOGETHER THORNTONS YOU MAKE SHELBYVILLE LOOK LIKE THE GHETTO

I visit this gas station everyday in hopes it well get better but it just doesn't. Lines are painfully long and the staff can be rather rude. Today one of the staff members was cleaning the parking lot while the lines were excessive and she was smoking. Coming from my car and going back to I was greeted by her second hand smoke. Thortons is going downhill quick. Hoping that a better option come to the shelbyville area soon.

Hot food that was almost four hours old. Lady got nasty with me when I was try to find a sandwich not expired. Called corporate office

Right when I walked in I was greeted with hostility, and it wasn’t a very great experience whatsoever.
