I'm just fed up with places not returning to how they were before the pandemic. Places use the pandemic to find ways to get lazy. This whole not having a Lobby open is nonsense. I don't want to sit in a Drive-Thru for 20 minutes for a drink and a donut. It also makes the whole delivery process a lot longer than it should be. Open up the Lobby

Wow at least the doughnuts were good. Not much selection though (have not been to one in a hot minute). The sourdough sandwich I had was nasty. Cold and tasteless with the texture of a sponge. They could not get my cold brew right. Someone new was making it but I kept correcting and her trainer never stepped in. They didn't fill my cup more then 70%, did not use enough syrup, and I had to ask 3 times for cream in it. I do not blame the new person but I won't be back except MAYBE for doughnuts. I was only visiting and will be back in October. Hoping they have maybe some other doughnut place in town.

I have tried this store three times and each time the order was wrong. Twice in store and once in drive thru. Not sure why they seem to have such an issue since my order is actually very simple. It is a busy store but still, frustrating...

Not much running from these customers... but Shelbyville runs on this Dunkin' that's for sure. Mobile order and drive thru was slammin. At least they got the goodies for the tubbies. The workers were cranking, don't hate on them because you can't get your donut fast enough.
