The store itself may be clean, but they do not enforce the parking, and that is enough reason for a 1 star for me. Doing reefer I often can't stop until after midnight, and rely on pilot's reserved system for a stress free night. This is quickly becoming not the case though as they are slacking more and more on this service across the country. This is twice in one week that I've had to get a parking refund. I don't want a refund. I want stress free parking that I pay for. Not to worry that even though I reserved a spot that there might not be one available. Colaborate with the local police or something, but kick this entitled, free loading trucks out of my spot.

Always friendly and clean!!!! My one year UPDATE Ok firstly most of the employees are great never had any problems always get fuel park go in get a handicap shower for wife and i. Well for some reason the new 2am cashier charged me for co driver showers( has never happened before at any truckstop). Went to speak to 2am Manager about it she informed us they did not have to give us a handicap shower without proof. By the way neither one asked for my handicap card and manager i am assuming she is a manager not positive wouldn't even address my question about being charged for co-drivers showers. And to top off our long 70hr. Week this is what we ended up with for a shower. O and only give us one code said we was together. Guess ill go buy my 2000 gal of fuel a month elsewhere!
