We love coming in to this franchise. Food is good and technology of ordering on your own is great. The only problem is no one ever greets you. Actually, no one ever says anything. It would be a better experience if the staff was friendly.

Ordered threw the app. Never got a confirmation that order was confirmed Went to the restaurant to pick it up and was told they never received the order. They had us wait and again said the order did not come threw so I would not be charged for it. 2 hrs. later I find out they charged me for it. And just checked the recent orders in the app and it says I have no recent orders at all

This is the friendliest Steak n Shake I’ve ever been to. We passed through here on a road trip and they were fast as well. Since we asked for a water cup for our dog (we forgot her travel bottle), they offered us a pup cup too. Just pleasant and the food was great. I’m not a tough reviewer on quick service restaurants, but I do like to mention especially good locations.

Kiosk makes it quick and easy to order. Sometimes I think it messes up. I know it I chose not to have an item one it but one the receipt it says I didn't. Besides that it makes ordering nice, them you have access to the drinks so you don't have to wait for a server for refills.

Questions & Answers

Was totally ignored around shift change at about 7:00am? I stopped in on November 22nd . Coffee was served in styrofoam cups . Server said she couldn't find any regular cups. Placed order.waited 20 minutes. Had not even been started. Paid for coffee.

Why can't you get through to the phone line? I had placed a online order when my fiance got it home the burger was wrong...onion rings was old and soggy....the chilli was nothing but water...and I had a few lil tiny chicken strips with a handful frie

Yeah the steak and shake in gtown has went down hill bad me and my husband won't go to it any more cause if the order isn't wrong the food is cold or full of greese and they are nasty the service sucks also when you go into to eat

Placed a drive thru order but didn't get my sandwiches. When I called the store (3 times) I got no answer and no voicemail. I usually have no issue at this location so I'm disappointed and paid almost $20 for what ended up being fries and drinks.

I'm sure when I go in today to see if they'll give me the sandwiches they will without issue. I didn't check last night because I didn't want to hold up the line and was super tired. I was just so sad because Frisco melts have been a pregnancy craving of mine and was really looking forward to it.
