A beautiful park with a playground, „splashground“, pavilions and plenty of places to walk. Also a great spot for birders!

Vary nice place to take family for the day or cookout ,you can rent paddle boat, cookout and kids can play on the jungle Jim and lost more

Me and my family love this park, it is so much fun every time we come here. I enjoy the water, the play ground, the BBQ areas, the nature with the ducks and geese. Just everything here is lovely. There are good fishing spots here and a kids water park for them to play and get wet. I just really love this park. Definitely family time well spent here! Bring your friends and family and furry family as well!

yes they are at Pavilions and they can be reserved for special events and they're at various parts at the park
As part of the Fishing in the Neighborhoods (FINS) program, this lake is regularly stocked with catchable-size catfish up to four times annually. Additionally, this lake is stocked with rainbow trout in the spring and fall. Largemouth bass and sunfish are regularly sampled and stocked if necessary. Jacobson Park
As long as it's not a state park your fine. I've detected a few parks around Frankfort (not with much luck though). As long as you dig "plugs" and put them back no one can tell anyone ever dug there. Just remember to be respectful of the property and people.
