I hadn't been camping in many years so, I decided to try Glenn Helen campground. What a beautiful experience. I took the basic necessities. Water, food, tent, oh and off course fishing gear and stove. The campground was quiet such a beautiful view of the mountains. It also has a bathroom with showers bring quarters if I'm not mistaken it's five quarters for 5 minutes. The lake is right across the street. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't find a walking path to, the outside of the campground the only way in and out of the campground is with your car.

If you are passing through, it's just a parking lot with full hook ups. Water, dump and 30/50amp. Park is across the street. If your looking for scenery and to get away then I would look elsewhere. But for the price and your looking for a place to just stay for the night. This works. Train and freeway are loud.

It's a place to stop on our long trip, but that's the only reason it gets any stars. Pictures are super misleading. The sites are horribly maintained...and that's probably an understatement. We pulled into get our code and parking ticket which could easily have been sent via email. The office is across the street so in a 40 ft fifth wheel....there is no "just turn around wherever you feel comfortable" the lady at the front desk advised my husband. So it's a big NO for me.

Nice place fishing for an extra fee also swimming pool of course it's extra fee you also have use of the park access at the main park that is included in your cost of camping

30 dollars a night for full hookups
You can reserve your site on line. They will email you the gate code in the afternoon around closing time. I don't know about same day reservations.
We visited 2 weeks ago, no camp host on site yet. Gate was busted couldn't get in after 4pm we had a camper trigger exit gate to let us in, sites were a mess, trash in fire pits. I would give them a few months to get things back in order.
There is no river but they have a lake and if this is
I believe it's roughly $30 a night , not sure how long you can stay but I believe you need a reservation so they can give you a code to the gate. You cannot just waltz in and camp and pay if I recall
